• Voucher is valid from Tue 15 Jul 2025 until Sat 22 Nov 2025, Thu - Fri 5pm - 9pm and Sat 12noon - 9.30pm; subject to availability. 
• Excludes Sun - Wed.
• Voucher must be booked at least 24 hours in advance and by Fri 14 Nov 2025 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Includes paella to share from a set menu; subject to frequent change.
• Vegetarian, vegan & gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking.
• Includes a jug of sangria to share. Alcohol cannot be replaced with a soft drink. 
• Table required back after 2 hours. 
• No wheelchair access available. 
• Children permitted until 8pm.
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher. 
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
