• The cottage features a fully equipped kitchen, utility room, living area and private outdoor BBQ area
• Plus a master bedroom with a super king-size bed & an en-suite shower, and two additional bedrooms which can be configured as either king or twin beds
• One of the largest remaining hill farms in Scotland, spanning 110 square kilometres and home to over 8,500 sheep and cattle
• The estate is powered by the in‑house hydro scheme which stores water from most of the estate’s rivers and also supplies green energy to local and surrounding communities
