Small print

• Voucher is valid from Tue 11 Mar until Sun 1 Jun 2025, Tue 1pm - 7:30pm, Wed 1pm - 5pm, Thu - Fri 10am - 5pm, Sat 10am - 6pm, Sun 10am - 3pm; subject to availability. 
• Excludes Mondays and 27-30 Mar, 1, 20-21 Apr, 5, 26 May 2025.
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 16 May 2025 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking. Bookings can be rescheduled with 48 hour notice; subject to availability.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Max of 2 per customer.
• Over 16s only. 
• Groups cannot be booked and receive treatment at the same time.
• Treatment is suitable for cancer sufferers/those in remission. Not suitable for those with severe scalp psoriasis, severe allergies, high blood pressure, pregnant or with recent scalp injuries/surgery.
• Please note some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions. 
• Please discuss any health concerns directly with salon / spa. 
• Essentials treatment duration: approx. 60mins.
• Luxury treatment duration: approx. 90mins.
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments. 
• No wheelchair access available. 
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
