• Voucher is valid from Wed 15 Oct until Wed 31 Dec 2025, Wed - Fri 10am - 6pm; subject to availability. 
• Excludes Sat - Tue & 25-26 Dec 2025.
• Voucher must be booked by Wed 17 Dec 2025 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Email bookings only. 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. 
• Over 16s only. Female clients only.
• Groups cannot be booked and receive treatment at the same time.
• Please inform therapist of any allergies, medical conditions, or pregnancy at the time of booking; any other health concerns can be discussed directly with the salon.
• Option 1: Treatment duration: approx. 30mins.
• Options 2 & 3: Treatment duration: approx. 60mins.
• Option 4: Treatment duration: approx. 90mins.
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments & not valid in conjunction with any other offer or promotion.
• Wheelchair access available. 
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
