• Voucher is valid from Fri 1 Mar 2024 until Sun 30 Jun 2024, 7 days 9am-8pm; subject to availability.
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 14 Jun 2024 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Online bookings only.
• Voucher cannot be cancelled once booked.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Over 18s only. 
• Groups can be booked and receive treatment at the same time. Max of 6 per group; subject to availability.
• Please note some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions. 
• Please discuss any health concerns directly with spa.
• Includes your choice of 20 min treatment from: salt stone massage, full body scrub, ELEMIS pro-glow renewal facial or back, neck and shoulder massage. Duration including collection from the waiting area, a consultation and undress/redress time (where applicable): approx 30 mins.
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments. 
• Includes a Divine eye mask to take home.
• Bannatyne operates a cashless payment system, so please bring a debit/credit card or contactless payment device to make any purchases on the day
• Spa robes, towels & footwear are available to hire.
• No wheelchair access available. 
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
