Small print

• Voucher is valid from Tue 13 Jan 2026 until Sat 27 Jun 2026, Tue - Fri 12noon - 9pm, Sat 12noon - 4pm; subject to availability. 
• Excludes Sun - Mon.
• Voucher must be booked at least 24 hours in advance and by Fri 19 Jun 2026 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Online bookings only. A £10pp deposit will be required to secure booking. This will be refunded or deducted from your final bill.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. 
• Includes steak frites.
• A supplementary charge is required per person for peppercorn sauce; payable directly to restaurant. 
• Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are not available. 
• Includes a 125ml glass of Prosecco. 
• Alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink. 
• Table required back after 2 hours. 
• No wheelchair access available.  
• Children permitted until 8pm.
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher. 
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
