Small print

• Voucher is valid from Tue 15 Feb 2022 until Sun 19 Jun 2022; subject to availability.
• A supplementary charge of £20 is required for Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel. 
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 3 Jun (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Email bookings only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights.
• Check-in 3pm, check-out 11am.
• Standard room available.
• Limited Superior Rooms available - speak to hotel directly at time of booking payable directly to hotel. 
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.  
• Max of 2 children permitted, £15 per child supplement .
• No pets permitted.
• Wheelchair access available.
• Voucher includes £15 per person to spend from a la carte menu. Menu can be viewed here; subject to change. 
• Vegetarian, gluten / wheat  / dairy free options are available. Please advise at time of booking.
• Includes a bottle of Prosecco on arrival.
• Alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.
• Table required back after 1.5 hours. 
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
