• Voucher is valid from Thu 23 Oct 2025 until Sat 4 Apr 2026, Wed - Sat 10am - 4pm; subject to availability. 
• Excludes Sun - Tue & 20 Dec 2025 - 5 Jan 2026. 
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 20 Mar 2026 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Email bookings only.  
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Over 16s only. 
• Groups cannot be booked and receive treatment at the same time. 
• Treatment is not suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding, for cancer sufferers currently receiving treatment or who have received treatment in the last 12 months.
• Please discuss any health concerns directly with the salon. 
• Option 1: Treatment duration: approx. 45mins. 
• Option 2: Treatment duration: approx. 75mins. 
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments. 
• Wheelchair access available. 
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
