• Voucher is valid from Wed 8 Apr until Sun 5 Jul 2026, Wed - Thu & Sun 11am - 4pm, Fri - Sat 11am - 6pm; subject to availability. 
• Excludes Mon - Tue. 
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 26 Jun 2026 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Whatsapp bookings only. Please send a message with your preferred date and your itison code. 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking. 
• Breakfast option: Includes a Desi breakfast and hot drink; menu subject to change. Excludes hot chocolate and kinder hot chocolate.
• Tiffin box option: Includes tiffin box with choice of starter, main and side from a set menu and a soft drink can; menu subject to change.
• Vegetarian, vegan and halal options are available. 
• No gluten / wheat free options are available. 
• No wheelchair access available. 
• Children permitted. 
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
