• Voucher is valid until Sat 30 Nov 2024, Mon-Wed 10am-6pm, Thu 10am-8pm, Fri 10am-5pm, Sat 9am-4pm & Sun 10am-4pm; subject to availability. 
• A £10pp supplement is required for Saturday & Sunday bookings; payable direct.
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 15 Nov 2024 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Phone or email bookings only. Please note staff are in treatments during the day but will respond as soon as possible.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking. A supplementary charge is required to reschedule bookings.
• Over 16s only. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Groups of up to 3 people be booked and receive treatment at the same time. 
• Please discuss any health concerns directly with spa. Some treatments may need to be adapted and/or required a doctor’s note.
• Treatment is suitable during 2nd trimester/breastfeeding and for cancer sufferers/those in remission. 
• Treatment is not suitable during 1st/3rd trimester when pregnant.
• Option 1: Duration approx. 2 x 30 mins.
• Option 2: Duration: approx. 50 mins OR 2 x 25 mins.
• Option 3 & 4: Duration: approx. 75 mins: choice of 25min facial & 50min full body massage OR 40min facial & 35min back, neck and shoulder massage.
• Treatment options: massage or facial OR both if choosing options 1, 3 or 4 or splitting the treatment duration. Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.
• Options 2, 3 and 4 include 1 hour access to leisure facilities.
• No wheelchair access available. 
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
