Small print

• Voucher is valid from Sat 3 Jan 2026 until Tue 31 Mar 2026, 7 days 10am - 3pm; subject to availability. 
• Excludes 13-15 Feb & 13-15 Mar 2026.
• Voucher must be booked at least 24 hours in advance and by Tue 24 Mar 2026 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Email bookings only.  
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. 
• Afternoon tea; menu subject to change. 
• Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking. Please note gluten free scones are not available; will be replaced with extra cake.
• Option 2: Includes corkage fee.
• Tables may be required back after 60 minutes during busier periods.
• A discretionary 10% service charge of your total spend will be added to your final bill.
• No wheelchair access available. 
• Children permitted.
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  Bookings are not confirmed until venue have responded.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
