• Voucher is valid from Mon 6 Jul until Wed 30 Sep 2026; subject to availability.
• 6 Jul - 19 Aug: Valid Sun - Thu 10am - 6pm, Fri 10am - 7pm, Sat 10am - 6pm.
• 20 Aug - 30 Sep: Valid Mon 12noon - 6pm, Fri 12noon - 7pm, Sat - Sun 10am - 6pm. Excludes Tue - Thu.
• Online bookings only. Voucher must be booked by Wed 16 Sep 2026 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Non-refundable once booked; bookings can be moved if needed, without charge.
• Suitable for ages 5+. Admission for ages 0-4 available; book and pay direct. Ages 0-11 must be supervised at all times by an adult.
• Duration approx. 2hrs 
• Max of 10 people per group/activity. 
• Includes BounceStation grip socks which must be worn. Socks from other parks are not permitted.
• Please wear appropriate clothing to avoid friction burns.
• Maximum weight limit for inflatable: 18 stone/114kg.
• No wheelchair access available. 
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
