• Voucher is valid from Fri 2 Jan 2026 until Tue 31 Mar 2026, Mon - Thu 4pm - 11pm, Fri 2pm - 11pm, Sat - Sun 11am - 11pm; subject to availability. 
• Excludes 14 Feb 2026. 
• Voucher must be booked by Tue 17 Mar 2026 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Suitable for all ages. Venue is 18+ from 8pm Mon - Fri & from 6pm Sat - Sun. 
• Max of 6 people per booking. 
• Please wear flat-soled and closed-toe shoes.
• Duration: 10 minutes per player.
• Option 2: Includes choice of cocktail. Alcohol cannot be replaced with a soft drink.
• Wheelchair access available.  
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
