Small print

• Voucher is valid from Mon 25 May until Mon 31 Aug 2026, Sun - Fri 11am - 12 midnight & Sat 11am - 4pm; subject to availability. 
• Voucher must be booked by Mon 17 Aug 2026 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking. 
• Suitable for all ages. Venue is 18+ from 8pm Mon - Fri & from 6pm Sat - Sun. 
• Max of 6 people per booking. 
• Participants must arrive at least 10 minutes before scheduled game; late arrival risks forfeiting allocated time slot.
• Please wear flat-soled and closed-toe shoes.
• Cocktail options: Includes a choice of cocktail. Alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.
• Pizza options: Includes a pizza from the main menu; subject to change. Vegetarian, vegan & gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking.
• Wheelchair access available.  
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
