• Voucher is valid from Mon 8 Nov 2021 - Thu 9 Dec 2021, Mon - Thur 12noon - 8pm and Sun 12noon - 4.30pm;  subject to availability.
• Excludes Fridays and Saturdays.
• Voucher must be booked by Thu 25 Nov 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Valid Jan - Mar 2022
• Voucher is valid from Thu 6 Jan 2022 until Wed 30 Mar 2022, Mon - Thur 12noon - 8pm, Fri 12noon - 4.30pm and Sun 12noon - 4.30pm;  subject to availability.
• Excludes Saturdays.
• Voucher must be booked by Wed 9 Mar 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• General
• Please book well in advance to secure a specific date.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Max of 2 vouchers per group. Government guidelines on table sizes must be adhered to.
• Includes a raclette or fondue with crusty bread plus your choice of meat, vegetable or surf & turf sharing board.
• Vegetarian options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking.
• No gluten / wheat free options available.
• Includes a bottle of wine to share - La Chouffe or house white/red/rose; alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.
• Table required back after 2hrs.
• Wheelchair access available.
• Children permitted until 10pm.
• Advance booking required.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
