Small print

• Voucher is valid from Mon 8 Sep until Thu 20 Nov 2025, Sun - Thu 12noon - 9pm, Fri 12noon - 4:30pm; subject to availability.
• Excludes Saturdays and bank/school holidays.
• Bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance. 
• Voucher must be booked by Thu 13 Nov 2025 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Max 2 vouchers per table/4 people.
• Includes choice of cheese fondue OR raclette with soda bread, crispy new potatoes & cornichons; menu is subject to change.
• Supplementary charge required for meat board - £16 or veg board - £12; payable directly.
• Vegan and gluten/wheat free options are not available. Vegetarian option is available; please discuss directly.
• Table required back after 2hrs.
• Wheelchair access available.
• Children permitted until 10pm.
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advance booking required.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
