• Voucher is valid from Tue 1 Sep until Mon 30 Nov 2026, 7 days, sittings at 12noon, 2pm or 4pm; subject to availability. 
• Excludes 7, 15, 21 & 27-29 Nov 2026.
• Online bookings only. Voucher must be booked by Mon 23 Nov 2026 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• All bookings must be made through the link provided on your voucher. If you are using multiple vouchers, please add all voucher codes to the special request box to ensure the booking can be accepted.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking. 
• Max of 4 people per booking. 
• Afternoon tea only; menu subject to change.
• Vegetarian options available. Please enter requirements in the 'special requests' box when booking. 
• Vegan or gluten / wheat free options not available.
• Prosecco options: Includes 125ml glass of Prosecco each. Alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink. 
• Table required back after 90 minutes. 
• Wheelchair access available. Please note any access requirements in 'special requests' when booking.
• Children permitted if accompanied by an adult.
• A small service fee will be applied to your itison order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout. 
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher. 
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
