• Voucher is valid from Fri 2 Jan 2026 until Tue 31 Mar 2026, Tue 9.30am - 5.30pm, Wed - Fri 9.30am - 7pm, Sat 9.30am - 4pm; subject to availability. 
• Excludes Sun - Mon.
• Voucher must be booked by Tue 17 Mar 2026 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Telephone or email bookings only. 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Over 16s only. 
• Groups cannot be booked and receive treatment at the same time.
• Treatment is suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding and for cancer sufferers/those in remission.
• Options 3 & 4: Patch test is required 48 hours prior to appointment; please book directly.
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments. 
• Wheelchair access available. Please note that there are no disabled facilities available.
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
