• Voucher is valid from Mon 7 Sep until Mon 30 Nov 2026, Mon & Sat 9.30am - 4pm, Thu 9.30am - 8pm, Fri 9.30am - 7pm; subject to availability. 
• Excludes Tue - Wed & Sun.
• Voucher must be booked by Mon 16 Nov 2026 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Telephone or email bookings only. 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Over 16s only. 
• Groups cannot be booked and receive treatment at the same time.
• Treatment is suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding and for cancer sufferers/those in remission.
• Colour options: Patch test is required 48 hours prior to appointment; please book directly. A supplementary charge of £10 may apply for extra long or thick hair; discuss at consultation, payable direct.
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments. 
• Wheelchair access available. Please note that there are no disabled facilities available.
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
