Small print
- Voucher is valid from Wed 1 Apr until Fri 31 Jul 2026, Wed - Fri 12noon - 8pm, Sun 12noon - 5pm; subject to availability.
- Excludes Mon - Tue & Sat.
- Voucher must be booked by Fri 17 Jul 2026 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
- Online bookings only.
- You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
- Suitable for all ages; under 16s must be accompanied by an adult.
- Duration approx. 2hrs.
- Includes choice of small OR large craft box each.
- No wheelchair access available.
- A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.
- Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.
- The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
- The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
- You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
- Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
