Taste of Andalusia set menu (26th & 27th Feb)

• Pan de ajo - bread baked with garlic butter
• Queso de cabra al horno - grilled round of goats’ cheese topped with onion and apple chutney
• Gambas a la plancha - large king prawns marinated in garlic and pan-fried with coriander, served with a chilli and tomato concasse
• Chuletas de cordero - pan-seared tender lamb chops simply marinated in traditional Adobo seasoning with mint yoghurt
• Patatas bravas - skin-on halved new potatoes in a spicy tomato sauce and alioli
• Chorizo y Butifarra Negra - sautéed chorizo sausage and black pudding in spicy tomato sauce
• Pavé de chocolate - chocolate and praline pavé on a biscuit base served with salted caramel sauce and white chocolate

Taste of Andalusia set menu (5th & 6th Mar)

• Pan de ajo - bread baked with garlic butter
• Queso de cabra al horno - grilled round of goats’ cheese topped with orange and chilli marmalade
• Salmón al horno - baked fillet of Scottish salmon with a garlic, herb and Brindisa Parilla chorizo crust served with cauliflower purée
• Ensalada Fresca De Mallorca - a salad of butter beans, roasted sweet potato, red onion, cherry tomatoes, coriander, parsley, pomegranate seeds and fresh mint with sherry vinaigrette 
• Butifarra Negra - Traditional thick cut grilled black pudding topped with homemade apple and onion chutney
• Pinchitos de chorizo- grilled chorizo and red pepper skewers served with smoked paprika aioli
• Pastel de pasas - richy sticky raisin cake with Pedro Ximinez toffee sauce and orange cream
