Taste of Andalusia set menu (30th & 31st October)

• Pan de ajo - bread loaf baked with garlic butter
• Aceitunas aliñadas - marinated Spanish olives 
• Queso de cabra al horno - grilled round goats’ cheese topped with home-made pear and sultana chutney 
• Pinchitos morunos - Moorish pork skewers with Romesco dipping sauce
• Tajine de cordero - Tagine of lamb shoulder, slow-cooked with paprika, cumin, tomatoes, cinnamon, honey, sultanas & apricots
• Patatas gratinadas - layers of sliced potato baked with garlic, cream and mozzarella cheese 
• Bacalao en Papillote - North Atlantic cod cooked in parchment with smoked paprika, garlic and coriander served with salsa verde
• Esponja de Sevilla - Steamed Seville orange sponge pudding, orange marmalade and vanilla cream

• Chuletas de cordero - pan-seared tender lamb chops marinated in traditional Adobo seasoning served with mint yoghurt
• Patatas gratinadas - layers of sliced potato baked with garlic, cream and mozzarella cheese 
• Gambas especiados - king prawns in rich tomato-paprika sauce with green chilli and coriander
• Chorizo y burrifara negra -sautéed Brindisa Parilla chorizo sausage with Stornoway black pudding in spicy tomato sauce
• Pastel de pasas - rich sticky raisin cake with Pedro Ximinez toffee sauce and orange cream (served for two)
