• Voucher is valid until Thu 24 Nov 2022; subject to availability
• Giffnock: Valid Mon - Thu 12noon - 7pm, Fri - Sat 12noon - 4pm and Sun 12noon - 6pm.
• West End: Valid Mon - Tue 4pm - 7pm, Wed - Thu 12noon - 7pm, Fri - Sat 12noon - 6pm and Sun 2pm - 7pm.
• Voucher must be booked by Tue 15 Nov 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Max of 2 vouchers / 4 people per table. 
• Small fish supper and an ice cream each. Menu is subject to change.
• Suppers can be exchanged for chicken tempura or sausage suppers.
• Gluten / wheat free haddock fillet and chips available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking.
• A vegetarian alternative of Mac n Cheese is available.
• Table required back after 1hr 30 mins.
• No wheelchair access available at West End. Wheelchair access available at Giffnock.
• Children permitted.
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
