• Voucher is valid from Mon 5 Jan 2026 until Sun 5 Apr 2026, 7 days, 12noon - 9pm; subject to availability.
• Excludes 15 Mar 2026.
• Voucher must be booked 24hrs in advance and by Fri 27 Mar 2026 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Valid for sit-in only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Max of 2 vouchers / 4 people per table. 
• Valid for food & drink on the main menus only; subject to change.
• Voucher spend must be used in full; no change will be given.
• Vegetarian and gluten / wheat free options available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking.
• Table required back after 1hr 30 mins.
• Wheelchair access available.
• Children permitted.
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
