• Voucher is valid until Fri 30 Oct 2026, Sun - Fri 12noon - 5pm; subject to availability.
• Excludes Saturdays.
• Online bookings only. Voucher must be booked at least 48 hours in advance and by Fri 23 Oct 2026 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking. 
• Max of 1 voucher per two people; max of 4 vouchers / 8 people per table. 
• Afternoon tea from a set menu; subject to change.
• Vegetarian options are available. Dairy free alternatives are available for some items. Some items may contain sulphites. For specific dietary requirements, enquire before booking.
• Gluten / wheat free options not available.
• Prosecco option: Includes a bottle of Prosecco to share. Prosecco must be consumed on site and cannot be taken away.
• Cocktails option: Includes a cocktail tree with 6 x cocktails from a set menu to share. Cocktails may be upgraded for a supplementary charge; payable direct.
• Alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink. 
• Table required back after 2 hours. 
• Wheelchair access available.
• Children permitted when accompanied by an adult.
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher. 
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. OR
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment. (This line is host specific e.g. DRG)
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
