Small print

• Voucher is valid from Tue 1 Apr 2025 until Tue 31 Mar 2026; 7 days 12noon - 4pm; subject to availability.
• If you change your mind or can't get the date you want, contact us within 14 days of purchasing your voucher and we'll issue a full refund.
• Voucher must be booked by Tue 24 Mar 2026.
• Once confirmed, bookings cannot be cancelled but number of guests may be amended subject to availability, Min 6 / Max 20 people.
• Package includes per person: afternoon tea from a set menu; subject to change. Option to include a Bellini cocktail on arrival. Alcohol can be substituted for a soft drink.
• Vegetarian, gluten / wheat and dairy free options are available; please advise restaurant at time of booking.
• Table required back after 1 hour 30 mins.
• Wheelchair access available.
• Children permitted until 8pm.
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout. 
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
