Small print

• Voucher is valid until Thu 30 Apr 2026, 7 days, 12noon - 9pm; subject to availability. Excludes 1-31 Dec 2025.
• If you change your mind or can't get the date you want, contact us within 14 days of purchasing your voucher and we'll issue a full refund.
• Telephone bookings only. Voucher must be booked by Thu 23 Apr 2026. 
• Once confirmed, bookings cannot be cancelled but number of guests may be amended up to 72hrs in advance subject to availability, Min 8 / Max 40 people.
• Package includes per person: 3 courses from a set menu. 
• Supplements apply for certain dishes and will be clearly stated on the menu; payable direct.
• Vegetarian, Gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking. 
• Option 2: Includes a glass of Prosecco or bottle of beer each. Alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.
• Wheelchair access available.
• Children permitted.
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher. 
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
