• Voucher is valid from Mon 13 Jul until Mon 31 Aug 2026, 7 days 10am - 4pm; subject to availability. 
• Park closes at 5pm. 
• Voucher must be booked by Mon 17 Aug 2026 (we don’t want you to miss out!). Online booking required via dedicated booking system. Once booked, vouchers are non refundable. Walk-ins will not be accepted and will be charged at full price; number of itison bookings is restricted daily so please book to guarantee entry.
• Suitable for all ages. Under 2s go free and do not require a ticket. Under 16s must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
• Includes a token for one cup of animal feed. 
• A supplementary charge is required for crazy golf; payable direct. 
• Wheelchair access available; for more details please see the accessibility guide. 
• Some park activities may be subject to operational conditions; refunds will not be provided due to activities being unavailable on the day of your visit.
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• Please show your booking confirmation from Eventbrite to gain entry.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
