Small print

• Voucher is valid from Sat 3 Jan 2026 until Tue 31 Mar 2026, Sun - Mon 12noon - 5pm, Tue - Fri 12noon - 6:30pm, Sat 2pm - 6:30pm; subject to availability.  
• Excludes 13-15 Feb & 13-15 Mar 2026.
• Voucher must be booked by Tue 24 Mar 2026 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Email bookings only.  
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking. 
• Max of 1 voucher per 2 people / 2 vouchers per table. 
• Option 1: Includes a glass of red or white wine each. Alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.
• Option 2: Includes a bottle of red or white wine to share. Alcohol cannot be replaced with a soft drink.
• Includes a charcuterie and cheeseboard to share; menu subject to change. Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking.
• Wheelchair access available. 
• Children permitted.
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher. 
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
