Small print

• Voucher is valid until Wed 30 Apr 2025, 7 days, 12noon - 8:30pm; subject to availability. 
• Voucher must be booked by Wed 16 Apr 2025 (we don’t want you to miss out!).  
• Telephone or email bookings only. 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. 
• Main course each from the bistro menu; subject to change.
• A supplementary charge is required per person for the following: flat iron - £5, ribeye - £15; payable directly. 
• Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise at time of booking.
• Wheelchair access available.
• Children permitted.
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher. 
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
