• Voucher is valid from Tue 1 Sep until Thu 10 Dec 2026, Mon & Wed - Thu 12noon - 2.30pm & 5pm - 9pm, Fri 12noon - 2.30pm & 5pm - 9.30pm & Sun 12noon - 8.30pm; subject to availability. 
• Excludes Tue & Sat.
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 20 Nov 2026 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Online bookings only. 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking. 
• Voucher spend valid on the main food and drinks menu; subject to change. Voucher spend must be used in full; no change will be given.
• Wheelchair access available. 
• Children permitted until 10pm. Children are not permitted to sit at bar seats.
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher. 
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
