• Voucher is valid from Wed 22 Oct 2025 until Tue 31 Mar 2026, Mon - Wed & Fri - Sat 9.30am - 5.30pm, Thu 9.30am - 8pm  & Sun 10am - 4pm; subject to availability. 
• Excludes 25-26, 31 Dec 2025 & 1 Jan 2026.
• Voucher must be booked by Tue 10 Mar 2026 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Email or telephone bookings only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Groups can be booked and receive treatment at the same time. Max of 2 per group; subject to availability.
• Treatment is suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding. 
• Treatment is suitable for cancer sufferers/those in remission with advance permission from your GP.
• Please note some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions. 
• Please discuss any health concerns directly with spa. 
• Treatment duration: approx. 30 mins per treatment including consultation time.
• Option 3: Includes 1 hour access to the relaxation lounge and indoor spa facilities.
• Treatments can be substituted for an express facial for a supplementary charge of £15; payable directly.
• Wheelchair access available.

• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
