Small print

• Voucher is valid from Wed 6 Jan 2027 until Wed 31 Mar 2027, Sun - Thu 12noon - 7:30pm, Fri 12noon - 5pm, Sat 12noon - 3pm; subject to availability. 
• Telephone bookings only. Voucher must be booked by Wed 24 Mar 2027 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking. 
• Max of 2 vouchers per table. Please note, voucher is for two people only; vouchers cannot be used for individuals.
• Includes 2 courses from a set menu; subject to change. 
• A supplementary charge is required for some dishes and will be stated clearly on the menu; payable directly to restaurant.
• Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking.  
• Prosecco option: Includes a glass of Prosecco each. Alcohol can be replaced by a soft drink. 
• Table required back after 2 hours. 
• Wheelchair access available.
• Children permitted until 10pm.
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher. 
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
