• Voucher is valid from Wed 1 Apr until Tue 30 Jun 2026, 7 days 12noon - 4:30pm; subject to availability.
• Voucher must be booked by Tue 23 Jun 2026 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Once booked with the spa the voucher is non-changeable or refundable.
• Over 16s only.
• Includes full access to the leisure facilities.
• Includes soup and choice of sandwich; menu subject to change. 
• Vegetarian, vegan, gluten / wheat free options are available.
• Robes & slippers can be hired for a £10pp supplement; payable directly.
• Wheelchair access available. Please note there are no disabled facilities available. 
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
