• Voucher is valid from Wed 1 Apr until Tue 30 Jun 2026, 7 days 10am - 5pm; subject to availability.
• Online bookings only. Voucher must be booked by Tue 16 Jun 2026 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking. 
• Suitable for ages 10+. Under 16s must be accompanied by a parent or guardian during the appointment
• Duration approx. 20mins
• Option 1: Includes a sterling silver bracelet. 
• Option 2: Includes a gold filled bracelet. 
• Any charms, connectors and upgrades are at a supplementary cost, payable directly. 
• Your chosen piece of jewellery will permanently stay on your wrist; you can return to the studio to have it cut or use a pair of sharp scissors. 
• Customers must inform the salon of any medical conditions, allergies, or sensitivities before the appointment. Anyone with a pace-maker fitted or epilepsy should not get welded jewellery.
• Wheelchair access available. 
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
