• Voucher is valid from Thu 1 Oct 2026 until Wed 31 Jan 2027, 7 days, 12noon - 3.30pm & 5pm - 9.30pm; subject to availability.
• Excludes 24-26, 31 Dec 2026, 1 Jan 2027. 
• Online bookings only. Voucher must be booked by Fri 22 Jan 2027 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking. 
• Max of 2 vouchers per table.
• Voucher spend valid against the a la carte and dessert menus only. All drinks will be charged direct.
• Vegetarian options available.
• No vegan and gluten / wheat free options available.
• Voucher spend must be used in full; no change will be given.
• Tables may be required back within 2 hours.
• No wheelchair access available.
• No children permitted.
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher. 
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
