• Voucher is valid from Fri 26 Jun until Sun 30 Aug 2026, 7 days 10am - 4pm; subject to availability. 
• Park closes at 5pm. 
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 14 Aug 2026 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Once booked on Eventbrite, ticket is non-refundable or transferable. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Suitable for all ages.
• Wheelchair access available. 
• Some park activities may be subject to operational conditions; refunds will not be provided due to activities being unavailable on the day of your visit.
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• Please show your booking confirmation from Eventbrite to gain entry.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
