Small print

• Voucher is valid from Fri 15 May until Sun 30 Aug 2026, Tue - Thu 12noon - 8pm, Fri 12noon - 5pm, Sat 12noon - 2pm & Sun 12noon - 4pm; subject to availability. 
• Excludes Mondays and 21 Jun 2026.
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 21 Aug 2026 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking. 
• 2 or 3 courses from the main menu; subject to change.
• Excludes focaccia and chateaubriand. 
• A supplementary charge is required per person for the following: starters - lamb chops, mains - ribeye 10oz, sirloin 10oz, fillet 8oz, mixed grill; payable directly to restaurant. 
• Vegetarian options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking. Gluten / wheat free options are not available.
• Wheelchair access available.
• Children permitted.
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher. 
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
