• Voucher is valid from Wed 1 Oct until Sun 30 Nov 2025, Wed & Sun 6pm - 9pm, Thu 12noon - 2pm & 6pm - 9pm, Fri 12noon - 12.30pm; subject to availability. 
• Excludes Mon - Tue & Sat.
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 21 Nov 2025 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Online bookings only. 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking. 
• Please note there is a discretionary 12.5% service charge added to bill.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. 
• Max of 2 vouchers / 4 people per table. 
• 3 courses plus bread and canapés from a set seasonal menu; please note menu changes weekly. Excludes Sunday lunch.
• A supplementary charge is required per person for the selection of artisan cheese; payable directly to restaurant. 
• A discretionary service charge will be added to your final bill.
• Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available; all dietary requirements should be clearly stipulated at the time of booking. If you have a specific ingredient that you’re allergic or intolerant to, please clearly state this at the time of booking and again when you arrive.
• Includes a glass of Cremant each on arrival. Alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink. 
• Wheelchair access available; ground level, with an accessible bathroom situated on the same floor & a ramp to enable wheelchair access. Limited disabled parking is available outside the restaurant; however please contact us at the time of booking to discuss access and parking requirements.
• Free parking available outside restaurant up to 1hr.
• Children permitted until 10.30pm; please note no children's menus are provided.
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.    
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher. 
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
