Small print

• Voucher is valid from Tue 3 Nov 2026 until Fri 26 Feb 2027, Tue - Wed 5pm - 9:30pm, Thu 12noon - 2:15pm & 5pm - 9:30pm, Fri - Sat 12noon - 2:15pm; subject to availability. 
• Excludes Sun - Mon & 10 Nov, 14-31 Dec 2026, 12-13 Feb 2027. 
• Email bookings only. Voucher must be booked by Fri 19 Feb 2027 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking. 
• Max of 2 vouchers per table. 
• Set menu only; includes bread & butter, 3 starters, 1 main & 2 sides to share, plus a dessert each. Menu is subject to change
• Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free alternative menu is available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking to confirm alternative menu. All guests must dine from the same menu.
• Wheelchair access available. 
• No children permitted. 
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher. 
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
