Small print

• Voucher is valid from Fri 15 Jan 2027 until Sat 10 Apr 2027, Mon - Tue 11am - 8.30pm, Wed 11am - 8pm, Thu 11am - 7pm, Fri - Sat 10am - 4pm; subject to availability. 
• Excludes Sundays.
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 12 Mar 2027 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Email bookings only.
• Bookings can be made from December 2026.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Max of 2 per person.
• Over 16s only. 
• Groups cannot be booked and receive treatment at the same time. Treatments can only be booked for one person at a time.
• Treatment is suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding. 
• Treatment is suitable for cancer sufferers/those in remission. 
• Please note some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions. 
• Please discuss any health concerns directly with clinic. 
• Duration approx. 60mins.
• No wheelchair access available. 
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
