• Voucher is valid from Mon 6 Apr until Sun 5 Jul 2026, Mon - Tue 11am - 8.30pm, Wed 11am - 8pm, Thu 11am - 7pm, Fri - Sat 10am - 4pm.; subject to availability. 
• Excludes Sundays. 
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 5 Jun 2026 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Max of 2 per person.
• Over 16s only. 
• Groups cannot be booked and receive treatment at the same time. Treatments can only be booked for one person at a time.
• Treatment is suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding. 
• Treatment is suitable for cancer sufferers/those in remission. 
• Please note some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions. 
• Please discuss any health concerns directly with clinic. 
• 60 min treatment package: Includes 2 x 30 min treatments (express facial plus a back, neck & shoulder, aromatherapy, Swedish, deep tissue or hot stone massage).
• 90 min treatment package: Includes 1 x 60 min massage plus 1 x 30 min facial, OR 1 x 60 min facial plus 1 x 30 min massage. 
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments. 
• No wheelchair access available. 
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
