• Voucher is valid from Mon 1 Dec until Sun 28 Dec 2025, 7 days 12noon - 5pm; subject to availability.
• Excludes 25 Dec 2025.
• Voucher must be booked at least 48hrs in advance and by Fri 19 Dec 2025 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Please note pre-orders need to be placed no later than 48hrs before your reservation.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Max of 4 vouchers per table.
• Includes 2 courses from a set festive menu; subject to change.
• Vegetarian and vegan options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking. Gluten / wheat free options are not available.
• Table required back after 1 hour 30 mins.
• Wheelchair access available.
• Children permitted.
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout. 
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
