Small print

• Voucher is valid until Tue 29 Sep 2026, Mon - Fri 10am - 8pm, Sat - Sun & holidays 9am - 8pm; subject to availability.
• Online bookings only. Voucher must be booked by Tue 15 Sep 2026 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking. 
• Suitable for ages 5+. Admission for ages 0-4 and for spectators/supporting adults available; book and pay direct. Participating adults require a ticket.
• Ages 11 and under must be supervised by an adult at all times; ages 4-8 require at least 1 guardian per 3 children.
• Ages 8 and under require a supporting adult for the Ninja Zone.
• Some obstacles and features have a minimum height of 1.2m.
• Duration approx. 2hrs.
• Max of 10 people per session.
• Includes a slushie (suitable for all ages; does not contain glycerol), tea or coffee.
• Includes gripper socks which must be worn.
• No wheelchair access available.
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
