• Voucher is valid from Mon 12 Jan 2026 until Tue 31 Mar 2026, Mon - Fri 10am - 7pm, Sat 9:30am - 1pm; subject to availability. 
• Excludes Sundays & 14 Feb 2026. 
• Voucher must be booked by Tue 17 Mar 2026 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Telephone or email bookings only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 72 hours of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Suitable for ages 18 - 70 only. Female clients only. Valid for new clients only.
• Groups cannot be booked and receive treatment at the same time.
• Treatment is not suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding, for cancer sufferers/those in remission, those with severe eczema, psoriasis, heart conditions, diabetes or contagious conditions. 
• Please note some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions. 
• Please discuss any health concerns directly with salon. 
• Option 1: Treatment duration: approx. 30mins.
• Option 2: Treatment duration: approx. 60mins.
• Options 3 & 4: Treatment duration: approx. 90mins.
• Option 5: Treatment duration: approx. 70mins.
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments. 
• No wheelchair access available. 
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout. 
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
