Small print

• Voucher is valid until Mon 31 Mar 2025, Wed - Fri 12noon - 8pm, Sat 12noon - 4pm & Sun 12noon - 6pm; subject to availability. 
• Excludes Mon - Tue and 1-31 Dec 2024.
• If you change your mind or can't get the date you want, contact us within 14 days of purchasing your voucher and we'll issue a full refund.
• Voucher must be booked by Mon 24 Mar 2025 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking. 
• Once confirmed, bookings cannot be cancelled but number of guests may be amended subject to availability, Min 12 / Max 60 people.
• Package includes per person: 2 or 3 courses and a glass of sparkling wine. Alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.
• Vegetarian & gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking.
• Table required back after 2 hours.
• Wheelchair access available.
• Children permitted.
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher. 
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
