Small print

• Voucher is valid from 1st Dec until 28th Feb 2013, 7 days a week; subject to availability.
• £10 supplement to stay Sat nights – arrange with and pay directly to hotel.
• You must book your stay by 15th Feb; or risk forfeiting your voucher.
• Check in and check out is 12pm. Late check out available for an additional £20 – payable to the hotel.
• Children permitted: under 12s are free of charge (max of 2 children per room sharing with adults), children 12-16 have to pay supplement at time of booking of £10 per child per night (only 1 child permitted when sharing with adults), 16 years old onwards are classed as adults and will require their own room and voucher. Superior room is a double and can come with additional couch bed or single bed to accommodate children.
• Parking available at £7 for 24 hours.
• Only guide dogs are permitted.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted and can be used for consecutive nights stay.
• You can also extend your stay for an additional cost – please discuss rates with hotel.
• Advanced booking required. The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 72 hours of your stay.
• Vouchers must be surrendered for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
