Small print

• Voucher is valid from Thu 1 May until Sun 31 Aug 2025, 7 days; subject to availability. 
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 15 Aug 2025 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Once activity is booked, the voucher is non-changeable or refundable. 
• Availability can be viewed on the website before making a booking enquiry.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Bushcraft: Suitable for ages 6+. Duration: approx. 2hrs. Max of 12 people per session; minimum of two participants required. Please wear weather appropriate clothing you don't mind getting wet and muddy. Close-toed footwear is required; no crocs, flip flops or sandals permitted.
• Climbing & abseiling: Suitable for ages 8+. Duration: approx. 3hrs. Max of 8 people per session; minimum of two participants required. Please wear weather appropriate clothing that does not restrict movement and that a harness can be worn over. Close-toed footwear is required; no crocs, flip flops or sandals permitted.
• Stand up paddleboarding: Suitable for ages 12+. Duration: approx. 3hrs 30mins. Max of 6 people per session; minimum of two participants required. Please wear weather appropriate lightweight clothing that you don't mind getting wet. Participants are welcome to bring their own wetsuit or waterwear. Close-toed footwear is required; no crocs, flip flops or sandals permitted.
• All kit and safety equipment will be provided. Participants are welcome to also bring their own kit.
• Sessions will run in most weather conditions.
• Bushcraft and climbing & abseiling: Session location varies based on date; this will be made available ahead of booking.
• Stand up paddle boarding: Intermediate paddle boarding adventures will run at Loch Lomond. Beginner paddle boarding adventures will run on the Forth and Clyde Canal. Please advise experience level upon booking.
• No wheelchair access available. 
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
