• Voucher is valid from Fri 2 Jan 2026 until Tue 31 Mar 2026, Mon - Fri 10am – 8pm, Sat 8am – 5pm & Sun 10am – 6pm; subject to availability. 
• Voucher must be booked by Tue 17 Mar 2026 (we don't want you to miss out!)
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Salt therapy is suitable for ages 6m+. Please discuss direct for any family bookings. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
• Groups can be booked and receive treatment at the same time. Max of 2 per group; subject to availability.
• Please consult with your doctor or physician if you have any concerns regarding halotherapy/salt therapy. Not advised for people with infections accompanied by fever, active tuberculosis, bleeding, spitting of blood, alcohol and/or drug intoxication.
• Session duration: approx. 45mins.
• Please arrive 15mins in advance of your appointment time.
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.
• Wheelchair access available.
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout. 
• Advance booking required. 
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
