• Voucher is valid until Sat 1 Nov 2025 until Tue 31 Mar 2026, 7 days; subject to availability. 
• Times vary seasonally. Please check the online booking calendar for each month's times.
• Excludes 24-26 & 31 Dec 2025 and 1-2 Jan 2026. 
• Voucher must be booked by Tue 17 Mar 2026 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Online bookings only. Card details will be required to book, but no payment will be taken.
• 2 person vouchers: Please note that you will have to book individually, re-using your voucher code.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Over 18s only. 
• Tour & tasting: Duration approx. 75mins.
• Collection tour & malt master experience: Duration approx. 1hr 30mins. 
• Max of 14 people per group; multiple groups may be taken at the same time.
• Wheelchair access available; please advise when booking if required.
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
